Can I suggest that instead of saying we need a “high” price on carbon we are a bit more specific?
We need to say that we need lots of measures to shift to zero emissions – including a feed-in tariff for medium to large scale renewable energy projects, and a carbon price that is large enough for the shift to be to renewable energy rather than natural gas.
